In-N-Out at Home

Prep time: | Cooking time: | Serving Size:

In-N-Out Burger is one of my favorite fast-food guilty pleasures. I’ve had a hankering for it lately however, I’ve been quarantined in Florida for the past month and there’s no In-N-Out in sight. I’ve really grown to miss it—that creamy sauce spread onto a perfectly toasted bun, a crisp piece of fresh lettuce resting on a juicy beef patty, and the grilled onions—you’ve got to get the grilled onions. I also love their “animal style” fries, fully loaded with cheese, special sauce, and those marvelous grilled onions melted right on top. Since I can’t go to In-N-Out right now, I decided to make it right at home and I’m so glad I did. You’ve got to try this recipe for yourself! Plus, if you’ve never been to In-N-Out before, then here’s your chance to try the next best thing.
